Caching for Compassion Details

  • #1 RULE: HAVE FUN!

  • Total of 10 Caches, one for each letter of Compassion. They are purple, with one of the letters on them.

  • We encourage you to be mindful before starting to search for a cache, and bring a small token of positivity with you to place in the cache. It’s ok if you forget, but we strongly suggest bringing something from home to contribute. This ensures that someone else that is participating can benefit from your positivity token. Essentially, we are spread love from one heart to another.

  • Please be kind, considerate, and respectful while participating in the event. If you notice that one of the caches have been tampered with or empty, please reach out to us so that we can address the issue ASAP!

  • Please consider that GPS coordinates can be slightly off depending what type of tool was used to find it, so keep that in mind, they may not be exact. Even if you are in correct area, you will still need to search around the area to find the cache. If you are having troubles, use the picture hints that are provided. If they are not in the location that they should be in, please let us know.

  • After liking and following our account on Instagram and/or Facebook, tag us in your post or story.

  • For every cache found and picture of you completing the mindfulness activity inside is posted to social media, you will get 1 entry into a raffle drawing.

  • If you find all 10 caches, you will get an additional 5 entries into the raffle (find them in any order).

  • The raffle will be drawn on May 2nd at 8:00pm after the close of Give Big Gallatin Valley, and we will be in contact with the winner via social media.

  • Please help us continue our to provide our programming, events such as this, and spread compassion throughout the Gallatin Valley by donating at the link below through Give Big Gallatin County on May 1st or 2nd. This helps us win additional cash prizes that get put directly back into our organization.
